We found your information by researching county records that are open to the public. We search thousands of records that contain land ownership information such as: lot size, location, and owner.
We send mail to people whom we think may be interested in selling their land.
Are there any fees? How much will this cost me?
In short, nothing. The amount quoted in the letter is the amount you receive.
We close through third party escrow companies such as First American Title or Allegiance Title. Each transaction is handled professionally and securely.
We pay all closing costs and will walk you through the process. When finished, you receive money for your land.

The completed purchase agreement, from the letter you received, gives the escrow company the information about you and your land to begin the transaction. They will prepare the necessary paperwork and coordinate a time where you can review and sign.
Once everything is signed, the escrow company will wire your money directly into your bank account, and that’s it!
Are you real estate agents?
No, we are private land investors who specialize in buying undeveloped land.
However, we love working with agents and recognize the value they provide. We are happy to work with an agent if that is what you prefer.
Do I need an attorney or real estate agent?
We have a very simple process for acquiring land and rely on state-licensed title companies to facilitate the transaction. However, we would encourage anyone to hire a professional real estate agent or attorney if you prefer.
What kind of land are you interested in?
We primarily purchase recreational property or land for future home sites. Occasionally we will also purchase farmland and commercial property.
Our speciality is unimproved, vacant land and which typically have no structures, or at least no structures of value. Some of our property may have utilities such as water, sewer and electricity, and some are completely raw without any utilities.
